About

Steven Carroll established CCAS after over 20 years in the information services industry, with roles at Reuters, StarMine, Thomson Reuters, AlphaSense, Refinitiv and London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG). Steven worked across product, sales and GTM functions, including product and business leadership, content strategy, sales management, market development and customer strategy. Most frequently, his roles sat at the intersection of product, marketing and sales.

His responsibilities at LSEG, his most recent firm, encompassed customer strategy and execution for Workflows, Data and Feeds, Analytics, FTSE Russell and Risk Intelligence. In addition to his functional experience, Steven brings significant geographic insight, having lived and worked in Australia, Singapore, UK and the United States.

Steven is a Fellow of both the Chartered Management Institute and the Institute of Consulting. He is also a member of the Institute of Directors and the CFA Institute.

Beyond his financial services focus, Steven is also a member of leading international affairs and policy institutes including the Royal Institute of International Affairs (Chatham House), the International Institute of Strategic Studies and the Royal United Services Institute (RUSI). He also serves on the Board of Governors at Greenwich Waldorf School.
